how to show product reviews in Google shopping using GTIN, I see some stores sell the same products and have customer reviews, while they don’t appear in my store even though I put GTN,Is this automatic or do I need to do something ?

To submit reviews from Shopify to Google merchant center, you need to use a data feed app such as: https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds
Then you need to make sure you have at least 50 product reviews, and at least 1 product with 5 products, and with an average rating of above 3.5

Reviews are linked through several attributes yes.
GTIN, ie the barcode is one of the strongest linking factor along with the brand name.
Simply add the correct barcodes and vendor values in Shopify and make sure your data feed submits the details to Google Merchant Center.
