My eCommerce has a multi-step shipping process, and we are having trouble integrating all steps into the order.
To elaborate a little bit more, we send the client an impression kit for their teeth.
Once the client has the mold ready, it has to be shipped to a lab; thus, we can’t use regular return labels since it would be sent back to us instead of the lab.
The shipping label goes with the impression kit, so all the client has to do is attach and ship it.
But buying a batch of pre-paid shipping labels isn’t doing much for us since it doesn’t have the client’s info on it for the lab to send it back to the client.
Can anybody think of an app or a solution for this process?
It would be great if we could track the whole thing.
