Right, thank you. Order notification templates do need to be editing within the Shopify admin and it’s possible that Klaviyo uses code and style guidelines for their templates which are not compatible with Shopify.
If you’re needing help editing and customizing the templates within Shopify you can look into hiring a Shopify Partner who has experience designing templates.
