How to know what sales has been used by the discount codes, how to see it?

I cant find the information on which sales have been inpacted by the discuss

You can see a financial report of all of the orders that your store has received that had been impacted by discounts within your Shopify Analytics in your Admin. You can reach the report by using the following steps:

  • Login to your Shopify Admin
  • From the left hand menu, select ‘Analytics’
  • From new options that appear in the left hand menu under ‘Analytics’, hit ‘Reports’
  • Scroll down this page and look for a report titled ‘Discounts’. Click it, and you’ll be able to see which orders have had discounts used on them.

You can check the Sales by discount report:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Discounts
  • Select the discount code that you want to check your revenue
  • Click on “View the sales by discount report” under the Performance section

  • In the next step, select the time range to see sales by discount

So why would all the orders using one of our discount codes not show up in the “Sales by Discount” report? The discount code D100 says it was used 12 times when I go to the DISCOUNTS section on the backend. This is correct since I went through all our orders manually and saw that they were used 12 times.

When I click on “View the sales by discount report” on the DISCOUNTS section, it only shows that it was used 5 times. The date range on the Sales By Discount report matches the time frame of the sale.

We’re experiencing the same thing where it only shows the usage once where we’ve already had it used 6 times today for our cyber sale. Any updates?

We had an incident earlier that was impacting the data being reported in the ‘Sales by Discount’ report. This incident has since been resolved, so can you please check your report and let me know if the information is still appearing incorrectly? If so, I’ll follow up with our Internal Team to see if they can provide me with some additional insights!

Yes, still not working. I have to manually check each order to see if our discount was applied. We have 9 orders now that have used our cyber discount since Monday and only 1 displays in the report:

The Internal Team has said that it may take up to 72 hours for the information to be reported accurately since the incident has been resolved. If 72 hours goes by and you don’t see any corrected info, follow up with me here!
