How to link collections to a header menu and connect a store to Facebook?

I am just getting started but I am having a couple issues that I could use some help with.

First, I am having trouble linking my collections to my header drop-down menu. When I click on the drop-down menu and select an item, it says “No products found. View all”. When you click view all, all products show up not just the ones for that collection. I have to collections set up properly because I can click on each one and the products for that collection are there, just can’t figure out how to link a collection to an item in the header drop-down menu.

Second, I am having a hard time getting my store linked to Facebook and Instagram. I keep getting it is in review or the need an ID. I sent them an ID twice but still no luck
