How to localize text on a country-specific subdomain?

Hi guys, I have an existing Shopify store and I would like to create a localised version of the website for the US on a subdomain. So the structure would be:

Main website: www.store.com

Subdomain: us.store.com

For the subdomain I would like to localise the text and have US specific offers. I know I can add subdomains in Shopify via Domains and also assign the subdomain to the US via Markets.

What I’m not clear on is how I would then localise the text on the subdmain? Does shopify provide access to the subdomain website under Themes and then you can go into it and modify the site?

I think, it should work, you can just choose the market then translate content for that market. This app is created by Shopify. You should try this and check if you are able to do that.

I think the app will work. Seems I can localise the language for the product page which is really what I want to achieve. Thanks!
