I just built a Shopify website and I have a customer looking to retain me to maintain the website and security for them every month. I’m quite familiar with WordPress maintenance/security/monitoring, but with Shopify being a proprietary, self-contained platform I’m not entirely sure what Shopify monthly maintenance and support would look like.
Does anyone offer monthly support/maintenance/security for their Shopify clients? If so, what does this look like? What tasks do you perform? What applications do you use? What do you charge?
