How to make an even Exchanged for items not yet shipped

I received an order for 7 items but 2 are sold out. The customer wants to do an exchange for the 2 that were sold out. The items have not been shipped yet. How do i do an even exchange for the 2 items that are sold out. I do not see an exchange button to be able to make this exchange. I need help asap. Thanks in advance!

Hi @rumvillage ,

As all the items are not dispatched yet, you can edit the order and change those two sold-out orders from Shopify.
