how to make collection titles the same colour as the background

please take a look at the store URL i am desiging:

https://raising-reign-the-label.myshopify.com/

the password is: sandraleedesigns

See the Collection list. everything should be the same colour. The background is #EAE3DB and the collection list colour scheme is “Background 1” which is also hex code #EAE3DB yet why is it appearing darker underneath the three images? and why can i see a very very faint thin line around the images? can someone help me to make it so that the colours are the same?

@sandraleedesign - if we make titles same color then those will not be visible

But right now this looks terrible!!

I want the rectangles underneath each arch image to be the SAME colour as the background. How do i do that? its like Shopify has added a darker colour overlay to it?

@sandraleedesign - add this css to the very end of your base.css file and check

.card__text{background-color: rgb(var(--color-background));}

Oh that didnt seem to work for me? the rectangles are still darker?

@sandraleedesign - add !important to it , so it becomes

.card__text{background-color: rgb(var(--color-background)) !important;}
