How to make custom product page with checkboxes

I am trying to replicate the customise page from acon24.com, where customers can personalised their trampoline by clicking checkboxes, and those add-ons being added to the cart after confirming the personalisation. It also seems when clicking a checkbox, the image above changes to include that add-on.
