You can try to follow these steps:

  • Go to Online Store → Theme → Customize
  • Go to section you want to add video → Click on Media → Choose Video
  • Upload the video you want → choose options like: autoplay, loop,etc.
  • Save and preview

Also, you can consider using a third-party page builder app such as PageFly, Shogun or Gempages. With the help of them, you can customize your page at it most.
