I’ve been struggling with trying to find out how to link my instagram shop up to Shopify so when people click into the product on IG they get taken straight to the checkout page. Right now it seems when someone clicks, they get taken to my product page, but like this example (attached) it looks like when someone clicks they go straight to checkout which I think will help boost conversion significantly. Do I need to enable something speicifcally to do this?
For Shopify-connected Instagram Shops, Meta usually shows a product details view first so customers can select variants.
If your goal is higher conversion, use Story or ad links to a pre-filled cart and enable Shop Pay / express checkout on Shopify for a faster flow.
