Most review apps only create product review carousels. However, I would like to create a Testimonials page for customers to be able to leave reviews that are not affiliated with a specific product.
Is this possible?
I just looked at the Customer Feedback apps in the Shopify app store, and one of the top options seems to offer what they call “site reviews”. So definitely look through all the review apps and you’ll find something suitable for your need.
Another way is to trigger a post-purchase automation email that asks the customer to reply with their review. Then manually add the reviews to your website. Several new themes offer a review highlights widget that’s perfectly suited for this sort of setup.
