How to make multiple drop down menus for product

I have a store I am setting up and I require some products to have multiple factors to determin a price.

So ideally i want to be able to create a product but within the product page have three drop down menus that determins how much the cost of the product is after the customer has made their choices.

For example:

PRODUCT 1 is a standard fee of £10. I would like a series of drop-down menus to allow the customer to add extra requests. Each menu adds a bit more to the price. So Product 1 plus bronze package is £12 or they can go for the Gold option and it becomes £20.

Is there a way to do this I have seen it available on live Shopify sites and would love to know how to do this fo rmy store?
