How to make my "Custom liquid" section adjust to different screen sizes?

Hi, i’ve made I really amateur custom liquid banner for my icons by just copy and pasting SVG file from illustrator onto the “custom liquid” section. The question is how do I make it so the banner adjusts to the size of screen? At the moment the bar of icons looks way too thick on Laptop format, but mobile format is perfect thickness I think.

I’ll be happy with any suggestion, thanks!

(Bellow you should see two screenshots, one being in the laptop format and the other on mobile.)

  1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
  2. Asset->/base.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
