How to make my home page button on Debut theme smaller?

Hi there! I use the Debut theme.

Can someone help me make my home page button (currently says “Work With Eric” - https://rasayanaliving.com/) smaller? For now, I’d like it maybe 40% to 50% smaller.

I would also like for the button to have an oval shape (round edges).

And then if possible, I’d like to be able to have both lowercase and capital letters (instead of all capital).

Any help is appreciated even if you can only help with 1 or 2 of these things. If you have give me numeric step be step directions, I would also truly appreciate it. Thank you!

  1. Go to Online Store → Theme → Edit code
  2. Open your theme.liquid file
  3. Paste below code before :
