How to make picture to be full-screen on mobile version?

Hello guys,

I’m trying to adjust my mobile version, but the pictures on my Home Screen seems to be mach smaller then the screen, and the video is just a thin line. How can I change it or how to make mobile version completely different than the laptop ones? My theme is Dawn. Here is my website: https://www.karpovastudio.com/

I’ve already tried checking Mobile Layout, did not work, this options they give is not enough to adjust mobile version. Can you help me with custom css to a custom code please?
