How to make shipping only charge one fee not add them all together

I have multiple shipping options set up due to the size of my products, at checkout it charges shipping for all items combined so instead of just charging the higher shipped items cost it charges all items costs together.

How do I make it so it only selects the higher cost shipping not all costs together?

Please help asap!
