I’m based in France, and I’m currently setting up my online shop.
I’m not selling for now, but will be soon. I’ve set up Shopify Payments however I want to make sure I’m allowed to use Shopify Payments as a payment processor before going live.
I already checked the terms and conditions, and it’s not clear whether or not I’m a high risk business. I don’t think I am but the conditions are very vague.
I also contacted Shopify’s support, and they weren’t able to give me the beginning of an answer. How are they not able to explain their own rules?
Can someone from Shopify please contact me? I’d like to explain my situation, preferably via mail.
