How to make text on main page "fade in" to view when scrolling down (debut theme)?

I’m trying to figure out if there a way to make text sections on the main home page “reveal” text as you scroll down.

So for instance, the home page is divided up in to sections, say a picture slider to start with but below that there would be a text section. As you scroll down from the slider, you’d see a blank section that then shows the text fade in to view/reveal itself.

Here is a perfect example from the Word Press Theme Infinity pro:

Can anyone tell me how this could be achieved with a text section in Debut?
