How to make the estimated delivery date visible on my orders tab?

Hi Shopify Community! Like what the title said, is there any way or workaround so that I can see my own estimated delivery date on my orders tab or even in other tabs? One example I could use is Etsy, where they ask you your lead time and automatically calculate the date of the orders. Is it possible to implement this on Shopify? Your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance and hope ya’ll have a great day!

@ViperArms Yes there is a way you can put your estimated delivery date in several ways in
1- Order Notes.
2- Order Attributes

Hello @ViperArms ,

Yes, you can also do the same to make the estimated delivery date visible on your My Orders and other tabs. Calculate the estimated delivery date based on lead time and set this value as an order attribute so that it will be visible in your order details and the admin section.

You can check the link below for setting up attributes on the cart page.

Hi @ViperArms ,

Thanks for reaching out! Do you refer to Etsy Processing Times and “Ship By” Dates in your example?

If that is the case, you could look into an app called Estimated Order Delivery Date. It allows you to show the expected delivery date & time on the product, Add to Cart and Checkout pages. It also displays delivery information such as date, time and country flag.

I would suggest including estimated delivery times on the product page as well. From a buyer’s perspective, I personally prefer to see estimated delivery times early in the process of shopping.

You want to set expectations with customers, so they know when to expect the arrival of their order. This simple trick improves customers’ experience and boosts your conversion rate.

I’d also be interested to hear more about your business, what you are selling, and your sales goals for this year. Also, how do you plan to achieve your sales goals? I would be more than happy to assist if there are any resources I can share with you to help!

Thank you for the response guys, but is there any workaround just for my interface and not for the store and the customer or the only way is to do it manually?

Thank you for the response, unfortunately it doesn’t work for me. I appreciate the help

@ViperArms for your interface there is something that can be done is making a private app that will give the required functionality to calculate the estimated delivery date and do it automatically and give you the required interface to see it, for that you need to hire a developer to let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank You.
