How to make Top Level Navigation clickable to a URL with Nested Menu Items: Craft Theme

Hello!

Does anyone know how to obtain the proper code to make the top level navigation words clickable?

Not sure why this has to be coded in the first place, but it looks like a code injection is needed for the word Artists to be clickable (to a page about all artists). https://overthemoongallery.com/ :right_arrow: https://overthemoongallery.com/pages/artists

We are using the Craft 10.0 Theme — thanks so much!
