We have some products that have different types to choose from, and some of the variants can be selected but not available. How to make the unavailable variants option unable to be selected?
What you’re looking to do doesn’t typically come natively in Shopify themes. We do offer an advanced tutorial on how to make variants unavailable here; however, I can’t guarantee that it’ll work with your theme. If you do attempt to make any changes I would recommend downloading a copy of your theme by going to Online Store/Themes/Actions/Download. This way you have a backup copy should you have any issues with the changes you’ve made.
If you’re not comfortable making the changes, or if the tutorial doesn’t work, then your best bet would be to hire a Shopify Expert if another Community member isn’t able to provide insight on how to make these changes.
