In the Dawn theme, you cannot directly display variants as shown in the screenshot, as this feature is mostly available in paid themes only, which the Dawn theme lacks (as it is a free theme).
However, to implement this feature, a custom solution needs to be developed. You would need to contact your theme developer (if you have one).
