How tò male this section in sidebar? Prestige theme 10

I want to be able to set the collections directly from the theme’s customization section.

Add this section with this style and I can adjust it in theme.css with custom CSS.

I can add this section to the sidebar header liquid with code, but the custom CCS doesn’t work.

My solution is definitely not entirely correct, so if you have other solutions, please let me know.

I want to achieve the same bubble style as the screen.
