How to manage concurrent requests to prevent negative stocks?

Good morning,

At the time of a new release, as too many people are buying the product at the same time, we are currently finishing with negative stocks on the product. Is there a way to manage concurrent request to avoid this issue ?

The solution for your problem is to mention that the product is sold out and collect the information of the people who are interested in purchasing it. You can notify them when the product is again available.

or

You can take orders and mention that due to heavy demand for the products your delivery will be delayed by “X” days.
