How to manage refunds and payments between Fishbowl and Shopify?

Good Evening,

We are new to Fishbowl and are having some issues:

  1. How to you get items refunded in Shopify to return to inventory?

  2. Is there a way to get items coming from Shopify to be marked as paid so they don’t transfer to QBO as an invoice?
