How to manage wholesales, bundles, and order listing?

I have the non-pro version of Shopify (my shop isn’t big enough to afford pro, yet). Within that version, I’m wondering:

1. What do you recommend as a method for listing wholesale items that the retail consumer shouldn’t be seeing, but make it possible for wholesale customers to shop online? I’ve seen suggested that we make a listing or collection that is password protected, but I haven’t seen an option that’s integrated into Shopify, and there’s loadssss of apps, but I can’t figure out which would serve this purpose well.

2. Do you have a method or app to recommend for bundles? Where customers can create their own bundle with their choice of variants within a few selected items? (For example, I want to do an eco starter bundle where they can choose 2 snack bags, 1 food wrap, and 2 bowl covers, but I want them to choose the fabrics. And then they get a small discount for buying the bundle instead of individual items.)

3. I used to organize the shop by themed drops, and now organize by product. Is there any case for me keeping the old listings archived instead of deleted? (They’re from 2020-2021) I’d like to have my back end of the site much cleaner and less cluttered.
