How to match historical purchase orders with existing inventory in Stocky?

Does anyone know how to match existing/historical purchase orders to your existing inventory in Stocky? If you create a PO in Stocky the only option is to add to the inventory - we want to match POs to our existing stock so we can track it better ( we sell wool so its relatively non-perishable but is definitely seasonal)

You mean you want to enter a PO with positive quantities but have your
stock levels remain the same?

I want/need to synchronise old/existing Purchase orders outside of stocky, within the stocky app itself.

We have a lot of stock and we have historically not tracked properly, however we have all the PO’s and all the supplier invoices and we want to match these to the stock line item directly.

This way i can determine age of every stock item and decide what of the ‘C’ stock (as ABC analysis) I can sell off at discounted prices. I also have an issue being clear about FIFO for medium to high turnover items.

I am happy to enter this manually but it’s not clear how to do this ‘back dating’ activity, or if it can be done at all?
