Same Issue with eBay - no answer since July - did you figure it out by chance?

We set up marketplace connect a month or so ago, and when first linking up ebay and amazon stores, it was fine.

Now, everything is 0 matched.

I have even relinked the channels, and after that it was matching all the stock again, but a few hours later the stock is back to 0 matched.

The funny thing is, even though amazon says 0 matched, it’s still synced and updating the stock i’ve tested.

eBay is just not working at all, first showing all items matched when first linking it, but then saying 0 shortly after.

It honestly seems like a mess, and i’m not sure we want to waste our time using this service, if we’re having so many problems already.

We may just look to move to Veeqo and try that out, even though we’re not big fans of amazon and their customer support.

I had similar issues earlier when trying to sync my Shopify store with eBay — especially with product matching and missing SKUs from DSers.

What helped me was trying a different integration tool. You might want to check out this one:

It worked better for me in terms of syncing products and handling the data properly between platforms. Might be worth exploring if Marketplace Connect isn’t matching things correctly.
