We want to migrate from existing Shopify Store to new Theme 2.0 without impacting the sale or business. It’s a mega catalogue store with 6000+ SKUs, hence we cannot do any change to existing store which will impact sale or AD performance.
We want to develop new store (with Theme 2.0), migrate all data from existing store to new store and then make the new store LIVE !!

Theme migration can be a very involved process with many aspects , steps and details specific to each case that go way beyond a single general forum discussion.
Then a store migration is yet another complexity ontop of that you should handle each process and it’s questions individually, plenty of forum posts on the topic of store migration or store sync.
