How to modify content_for_logo code

Hi

I’m looking to modify the code behind {{ content_for_logo }}. Which file does it relate to? I haven’t found any layout files that would relate to it or any snippets.

I’m basically trying to modify the logo inside the header of the checkout.liquid file.

We do have a Shopify plus account.
