How to modify email form response on Craft theme?

Craft Theme - How to change the system response when the email form is submitted? Currently " Thanks for subscribing" is returned and I’d like to change that to “Thanks for your interest”

1. Go to Online Store > Themes
2. Click on the 3 dots (…) of your current theme and select Edit Default Theme Content
3. In the search box write: Thanks for subscribing
4. Change the text and Save
