We sometimes receive very large orders above the weights specified in our shipping rules. How can I modify the shipping error shown belowto e.g. “contact us for custom shipping rates for large orders”?
You can browse to Theme Customiser and click on your current theme and select “Edit default theme content”.
Once you are on that page, you can search for that error message and update it from there.

Hello Jim, I had another look at the screenshot and noticed it was for Shop Pay.
Unfortunately, we cannot change this message.

For your information, this can’t be changed, as this page is rendered by the Shoppay app, and Shopify doesn’t allow changing the shipping error message.
