How To Move Country/Region And Language Detector To Announcement Bar?

Hello,

I would like to move country/region and language detector to announcement bar to the right of the announcement bar. Moreover, I am not able to stop moving the text on the announcement bar. I want the text in the middle without moving and the detectors on the right of the text.

Can you provide the code?

I have disabled the website! I have checked, i think there is a problem with the code in the announcement bar.
