How can I move the logo to the left in mobile view on the Capital theme, and display 2 collection list items per row on mobile?

Hi, Theme is not published, I want 2 rows for collection list in the mobile view as like I marked with red box. And move the logo center to left for the phone view and about nav bar move to between search and cart icon, Is it possible? I’m using capital theme!
