How to move the text entry block below the word Name in Infinite Options?

Hi -

I’d like to move the text entry block below the word Name . . .

I’ve tried using

flex-basis: 100%;
for both the label and the text block, thinking that the code would force the label and large area text block to be on its own line - but that doesn’t seem to change anything.

Hoping it’s a simple fix? Suggestions?
