hi, so i use Dsers and i do dropshipping through Aliexpress.
when i order to the customer the product in Ali,i put all his information(address..) but i put my phone number and email,so the customer wont get the notification that the product is from Aliexpress.
and then i send a msg from my site email to the customer,but i see they dont open it,it probably go to spam,and idk what to do, i wont pay an app rn cus im still not getting much sales.
what can i do?

Ask for a phone number during the checkout so you can text message. You could also trying using a free email tracker so you would get a notification if/once the email is opened. Post checkout you could ask the client to add your email to their contacts as a way to help you inbox (or you could write a message like… if you do not get an email from us within 48 hours, please chat with us on our live chat). Theres many free live chat plugins/apps etc.
