How do you get a pin# when using Shopify payments with Bold Cashier?
No pin # comes with the email gift card.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with redeeming gift cards on the shop, to get this resolved. To provide some context, gift cards sold natively through Shopify don’t contain a PIN, rather a code that is used to redeem at checkout. I recommend checking out our Redeeming Gift Cards documentation for more information on this process.
As a third-party app is being used here however (i.e Bold Cashier), you will want to contact the app developers directly for assistance on how to remove that requirement from the checkout. For ease, you can look to this Contact Support Link to touch basis with them!
