How to offer discounted product at checkout?

Hi,

I’m wanting to offer a product for a discounted price during checkout.

I have set up Buy X get Y discount but am needing to be able to offer this deal whilst the customer is checking out.

I have been suggested a rotating banner but I want something a bit more ‘in their face’ and easy to access.

Any suggestions or code is appreciated.

To add the the suggestions above, check out Cartix for a really great in-cart upsell feature. Looks like this:

You can set-up in-cart conversions as well as offer discount codes at the same time. The drawer can be fully customized to suit the theme of your store. Let me know your thoughts!
