How to overlay text and buttons on images in Turbo theme?

Hello,

I’m trying to move the text and buttons from below the image to over the image. Currently using the Turbo theme from Out of the Sandbox.

For this to work, you would need to move some code around inside the file that directs this field. How proficient are you in coding/liquid manipulation?
