I have multiple stories frozen due to none payment…I only want to keep one store. So my question is how do I pay the one I want keep and let the others go?
Not 100% sure, but if they are all under different emails you should be able to log in, then pay your balance for the single account (or check email for invoice from Shopify if you can’t login)
If they are all under a single email address, then you might need to pay a certain amount of the balance before the account/stores will be unfrozen. But I am guessing.
Your best bet is to try and contact Shopify Support
