I was thinking to pay the monthly cost by my paypal balance, even i switch my priority method into the balance, shopify is only show the credict card. how can i switch it from my balance?

Can I ask which country you are based in? It is possible to pay your bill via PayPal in every country EXCEPT the USA currently.
If you are currently paying via another credit card you can switch it over in the billing section of your admin: Settings > Billing
You mentioned:
