I started my drop shipping store/website just over 2 years ago, i have only had 3 sales in all this time which is quite disheartening. So what I have done is paused my website so I can save money on subscriptions and focus on doing a overhaul of my website, products, look at our social media platforms etc, rebrand???. Or do I quit the drop shipping and get my own little collection together and hold my own stock? and start my business from scratch again?? Because I really want to change my business from Men’s wear to Women’s clothing, I’m not sure where to go from here or what to do..I feel stuck, confused and a failure.
I haven’t run any ads for a long time either as they were costing me with zero return and funds are low now…
Cant tell you much if we dont know what your store looks like. Ask people what demographic they think is interested in your niche and dont say its your store as they will not be brutally honest, pinpoint your niche from mens clothing to a specific style of mens clothing, ask reddit to review your store, if your droppshipping from china your shipping times are likely a to drive people away, but if its handmade they will be more willing to wait. or you can vend in person at vendor events
To give you a better suggestion, Could you please share your website link so I can take a look at your website. Most of the vendors face sales issues in the first 30 to 45 days of launching a store. I have worked with many Drop shippers who start getting orders right after launching their stores.
Before suggesting you anything, I really need to take a look at your website first.
