I get spammers creating account on my store all the time. The last time they created 741 account in 1 minute so this is a robot. But how do they get by the CAPTCHA?
Does anybody else have this problem or know how to stop spam accounts?

Stopping spam can be tricky and is almost impossible to stop entirely. However, there are some things that you can do to better protect your store from these pesky customer signups. There is an app called Shop Protector that will create additional layers of anti-spam to your contact form and fake accounts spam. They offer a 14-day free trial and is then $4.99/month to use.
I would suggest using the service until the spam stops, from there you can uninstall the app if you do not want to pay for it monthly. Then, if you notice spam starting to pick up again, you can reinstall the app. I hope this helps! If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
Thanks @Dirk this seems like a very common problem. Has Shopify ever considered adding a basic “spam protector” to they software service? Seems like real value add to what Shopify offers.

To add on what has been said above, in Shop Protector app there are 2 products, broken up by plan type.
SP (Shop Protector) Basic focuses on form spam and fake account creation.
SP+ has this functionality too but adds the ability to configure rules to protect against bot-based checkouts, customize risk analysis settings, how to handle auto-cancellation, bulk cancellations, and much more coming soon!
I have tried that for 2 years and it does not work. I don’t know what to do. its like they are using an api to get past the website criteria.
