How to prevent the constant creation of fake accounts in the store? Thank you in advance.

Hi @AnneLuo ,

You need to add Captcha which will block the bot based signup. Basically, there are 3rd party app which can do that.

Are you using Legacy customer account or New Shopify customer account and from where does the customers are getting created like (Guest checkout or Newsletter signup)?

We used a classic account before, but after switching to a new customer account, and blocked the registry entry, it still hasn’t been resolved.
