I’m having an issue where my collection pages that are a subcollection layout will redirect to a basic collection layout and add “?view=no-usf” to the end of the URL after about 5 seconds. To see what I mean you can go here: https://saltydogmarinesupplies.com/collections/shop Does anyone know how to make it so these collections don’t redirect?

In usf.js there is function which is doing this. not sure why you(developer) used this one. but you can remove calling of this function from that js file and it will be fixed
Thank you, I’m not a developer it may have been in the theme I’m using for some reason. Is it as easy as just deleting that part of the js code or will that “break” the site?
you can’t delete it directly, it may break site. you need to remove that functions calling too

It’s because of a missing USF App integration.
The files of the app are in the theme but the App is not installed.

My story is I removed an APP AI Search & Product Filter |SB and installed Rapid Search as a new APP.
onece my collection page open, at first site looks work but a few seconds Refresh automatically URL + “?view=no-usf” …

Hi, Have you use the APP, AI Search & Product Filter |SB? if yes, you can ask them to fix it. This is the fastest way to solve the problem.
I think the Theme is not related this case.

Here is the solution guys, it took time but i finally have it fixed. The usf files are in your theme because you have installed “AI SEARCH & PRODUCT FILTER l SB”. Now when you deleting that app the files are still in your theme but the app isnt. thats why it reloads automaticly after 8 secs. What you need to do is reinstall the app and follow those steps from the maker of the app in the link below:
