How to prioritize shipping countries in checkout options?

Hello, how do I set up “main countries” to be displayed above others in the shipping options on the checkout page?

In the picture, you can see 5 options (India, US, Italy, Australia, France) separated from other options by 3 dashes - how do I implement this?
