How to put blank space line in my confirmation shipping email

hi i would like to somehow change in shipping confirmation code so that when my customer sees the email they don´t see this :“Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status.” another message".But this

Simply there would be one blank space

looks pretty simple but inserting a blank space doesn´t really work for me so what am i supposed to add in code or something ?

Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried adding this space in the shipping confirmation email template? This would be accessible via the Notifications section of your admin.

i cant customize this. the only thing i can do there is add a logo and accent color if i see correctly…

If you head to Notifications > Customer notifications > shipping confirmation, you’ll see an option to “Edit code”:

This will open up the notification editor and from here you can make more precise changes to the shipping confirmation email template.
