How to put image above and below text in Dawn 2.0

Hello!

I’m looking for a way to put the attached logo into my homepage small, when I do it now it goes all across the page. I just want it to be roughly 250x50px wide. When i create an image file with that size, Shopify just stretches it out and it becomes blurry and ugly. Is there a way to manually select its size?

I would also like to have text directly over and under it. Is that possible?
